We always send a digital proof first and wait for your approval. If we don’t hear back after 2 weeks, we’ll treat it as an auto-approval and move forward with printing and shipping so your order doesn’t get stuck indefinitely. If you need more time, just let us know — we’re happy to hold it.

Absolutely. That’s what proofs are for. If you’d like adjustments to size, cut lines, borders, or layout, reply to the proof email with your notes and we’ll update it.

Yes — production starts after approval, so delayed approval usually means delayed delivery.

We accept AI, PDF, PNG (transparent background preferred), and JPG.

• Vector files (AI/PDF) are best for logos and crisp edges.

• High-resolution PNGs work great for illustrations.

Aim for 300 DPI at final size when possible, especially for JPG or PNG files.

Of course. Send what you have and tell us what you’re trying to achieve. We’ll help set up sizing and cut lines during the proof stage.

• Die-cut: Each sticker is cut to the exact shape of your design.

• Kiss-cut: The sticker is cut through the top layer only, leaving a backing border — easier to peel and great for sheets.

• Sticker sheets: Multiple designs (or multiple copies of the same design) printed on one sheet. Perfect for variety packs, branding sets, or giveaways. These are usually kiss-cut so each sticker peels easily from the sheet.

• Same-design stickers (labels): One design repeated across individual stickers. Ideal for packaging, jars, boxes, mailers, or product labeling where you need consistent branding on every item. These can be die-cut or kiss-cut depending on your preference.

If the stickers are laminated then yes — our vinyl stickers are water and weather resistant. If you’re using them outdoors or on drinkware, let us know and we’ll recommend the most durable option.

Laminated stickers are dishwasher safe. Durability depends on the material, finish, and how the sticker is applied.
